Romans Adult Ed. Study
Sundays 9:15 AM - 10:15 AM
The Apostle Paul longed to visit and preach to the young Christian church in Rome. Pagan Rome, then the capital to the greatest kingdom the Western world had ever seen. He writes the letter to that church – The Epistle of Romans – considered by many Christian scholars his “most important theological legacy”. John Calvin wrote, “when anyone gains a knowledge of this Epistle, he has an entrance opened to him to all the most hidden treasures of Scripture.” Martin Luther said, “This letter is truly the most important piece in the New Testament. It is purest Gospel.” Now you can delve into this monumental work and be inspired by the Apostle Paul as have so many over the centuries. Beginning September 10, a one-hour Adult Bible Study will be held Sunday mornings starting at 9:15 am, meeting in the EEC. Come, join the study, bring your Bible and receive the key to unlocking these “treasures: of purest Gospel”. Discussion will be moderated by Carl Johnson.
