Evangelism –that Jesus would be made known by our words and through our deeds
Matthew 28:19 (NIV) Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit
Compassion – helping the homeless, hungry, disadvantaged, and orphaned
1 John 3:17-18 (NRSV) How does God’s love abide in anyone who has the world’s goods and sees a brother or sister in need and yet refuses help? Little children, let us love, not in word or speech, but in truth and action.
Redemptive Justice – following the Holy Spirit, and through Him, make wrongs, right
Proverbs 31:8-9 (NIV) Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy.
