Pastor Lyn Corazin
Lyn was born in Kansas City and raised in Leawood, Kansas. She became a lifelong Presbyterian at the age of nine, finding the local church in her new neighborhood to be a welcoming and formative community. Although her faith deepened in her teenage years, it was during these early experiences that Jesus became real to her, and her life began to focus on God's plans.
Lyn earned both a BA and M.Ed. from the University of Arizona and spent her early career teaching in Arizona, Washington, and Nigeria. In 1992, Lyn felt called to attend Fuller Theological Seminary, and she was ordained as a Presbyterian pastor in 1997. After a fruitful ministry in Tacoma, Washington, Lyn and her husband Frank moved to Scottsdale, where she now serves on staff at Mountain View Presbyterian Church.
Lyn finds great joy in using her gifts for ministry, working in missions, teaching, and witnessing the transformative love of Christ in the lives of those around her. She and Frank have two daughters, Traci Corazin and Christa West, and are blessed with six grandchildren.
