PRAYER OF CONFESSION
Lord, we confess that our hearts are fickle. We stand with the crowd waving branches, yet we are quick to turn away. We praise you when it is easy, but we deny you when it is difficult. We want a king on our own terms, not the Servant King who bears the cross. Forgive us, O Lord, for our lack of loyalty and our divided allegiances. Cleanse our hearts, straighten our crooked paths, and help us follow you—not just to the city gates, but to the foot of the cross. In your mercy, hear our confession.
